Shortlist rosters are not built yet

There is no shortlist feature on JobsAIG yet — no rosters, no client review step and no client sign-off. This page previously showed example rosters, which have been taken down because none of it was real.

You can still shortlist today: open a role you manage, go to its pipeline, and move a candidate to the Shortlisted stage. That is recorded against the application and the company can see it.
